What it is
About S-PVC
Suspension PVC resin is the most widely used form of polyvinyl chloride. It is produced by suspension polymerisation, which gives the resin a porous particle structure that absorbs plasticiser easily and processes well on standard extrusion, injection and calendering lines.
S-PVC is supplied as a free-flowing white powder and is compounded with stabilisers, lubricants, fillers and plasticisers to make both rigid and flexible products.
The grade is selected mainly by K-value. Lower K-values flow more easily and suit injection moulding and fittings; higher K-values give better mechanical strength and suit pipe, profile and flexible applications.

Certificate of Analysis (COA), Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), Certificate of Origin and manufacturer’s Technical Data Sheet with every consignment.

S-PVC enquiries
What is the difference between S-PVC and E-PVC?
Suspension PVC (S-PVC) is made by suspension polymerisation and is used for most rigid and flexible applications such as pipe, profile, cable and film. Emulsion PVC (E-PVC) is made by emulsion polymerisation, has a much finer particle size, and is used mainly for pastes and plastisols — dipped gloves, flooring, coating and leather cloth.
Which K-value should I order?
It depends on the product and your line. Lower K-values flow more easily and suit injection moulding and fittings. Higher K-values give better mechanical strength and suit pipe, profile and flexible compounds. Send us your application and we will recommend the grade.
Can I get a sample before a bulk order?
Yes, on most grades. We can arrange a trial quantity so your lab can test it on your own formulation and machine.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Direct import normally requires a full container load. Smaller quantities can be supplied from local stock when available.
Do you supply COA and MSDS?
Yes, with every consignment, along with the Certificate of Origin and the manufacturer’s Technical Data Sheet.
How long does delivery take?
Shipment from Thailand to Chattogram, plus clearance and inland delivery. We will give you a realistic date before you open the LC, not an optimistic one.
